Lava Lounge
Our Lava Lounge is an authentic gastronomic adventure. The experience route is composed of two phases: EXPLORATION and TASTING.
The experience begins with an exploratory walk through the longest lava tunnel on the island and ends with a tasting dinner 25 meters underground. The menu is built in 5 courses with wine pairings to highlight the flavors of each dish. The proposal is designed based on local elements, gastronomic representations focused on the geological nature of the tunnel and products from our organic garden. And to top it all off ... it's live cooking!
